Specification of Goods

1.1 The Purchaser shall determine the suitability of the Goods for the Purchaser's use or application. Any advice or recommendation given by Modelling Electronics or its employees to the Purchaser or its employees as to the storage, application or use of the Goods which is not confirmed in writing by the Modelling Electronics is followed or acted upon entirely at the Purchaser's own risk, and accordingly Modelling Electronics shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not so confirmed.

1.2 There is no guarantee as to the Goods suitability for any specific purpose even if that purpose is known to Modelling Electronics.

Returns and Cancellations

2.1 The purchaser has the right to cancel any part or the whole order for a full refund prior to the goods being marked as dispatched. Once the goods are marked as dispatched the order cannot be cancelled in part or full.

2.2 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the Goods have been delivered to you or marked as dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the Goods to the Modelling Electronics at your own cost.

2.3 Unwanted goods & returns Please contact us within 28 days of purchase to obtain a returns number, this must be clearly marked on any returns note. Goods must be returned to us at your own cost and in the same condition that they were received, including packaging, manuals and all accessories. Goods returned as unwanted or incorrectly ordered will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the goods value with a minimum charge of £6.00.

Damage or Shortage

3.1 Damage or shortage of Goods discovered on delivery must be notified to Modelling Electronics within two days of delivery. Any claims for damage or shortage which are not notified within this time shall not be accepted by Modelling Electronics.

Descriptions

4.1 All diagrams, illustrations, descriptions and dimensions appearing in Modelling Electronics website or literature are approximate and included for guidance only.

Export Orders

5.1 The Purchaser shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any duties on them.
