Our fuse protected 1 amp rectifier circuit takes care of this for you. It will turn any power supply within the voltage range 3v – 20v AC or DC into a pure DC supply which is protected by a 1 amp fuse.
You will have a 1.5v drop from the input power to the output power due to the full wave rectification process. The input voltage must be greater than the expected output voltage.
Please note that PCB Pillars / Standoffs will be required for the circuit board. These fit into the 4 pre drilled holes of the circuit board. We have varies types available in our store.
